Thread for simple suggestions.

Here is what I can remember atm:

1. Remove the "nitro": that weird blue flame popping out of exhaust when you reach some speed. The game doesn't have adequate nitro system, so effect is pointless, not to mention it's ugly (especially on vehicles with exhausts which are not opposite to driving direction). I suppose it can be disabled via vehicle configuration parameters.

2. Edit the tornado weather settings: the probability settings for flying objects spawn are quite weird. I haven't seen much generators around, but dozens of them falls from the sky during the tornado. I suggest that the probability of generators spawning should be decreased, and probability of nature-related stuff spawning (like tree trunks) - increased.

If you do this, make an option to keep the display of the flames too. :o

While they serve no purpose and do look weird on several vehicles, during a race, especally off road events, they are a lifesaver for checking your speed. The little yellow/blue flares let me know I'm near top speed and doing a good job keeping the car on "good" terrain. Without those little flares, I'd have no sense of if the car is really at top speed or not for a good 50% of the time playing. When dodging stuff like trees, there's no free time to look at the speedometer in the corner as I'm trying to look for rock and tree shapes in the middle of the screen.

I realize a good player probably won't need them if they really know the different vehicles well, but with how often the game changes what you're driving, it's helpful that it has this blue flame "hint system".

I agree with you on number 2. It's kind of weird seeing all these generators flying around when there arn't any houses nearby. Someone must have a backup power supply collection. :p
