Reign of Conflagration is a rebirth of the old mod which has been changed around, this time this is aimed at Generals Zero Hour consisting of three new sides and sub-groups for you to take charge of. The timeline is alternated with changes to the campaign story-line, additions to old units, changes to units and new units which will make the army you side with unstoppable.
Planned to be in the mod as a full faction, but was scraped and decided to become a minor-faction to the story. These Challengers will put up a fight towards the end, using old GLA Equipment and Knock-down built vehicles, they are known to be aggressive.
This minor-faction, is known as the Martollo Cartel.
These South-American criminals are equipped to the teeth with a set of well-built vehicles, a scout helicopter but weak infantry.
Their best units they can rely on are the family of World War II tanks known as the Panther Family. They utilise Panther Tanks, Hunter Panthers and Panther Artilleries (Not Shown) from the family, which are their best re-creations to use against the New Andes Armada.

They are the new addition to the storyline of Reign of Conflagration, utilising Panther Tanks from World War II, they were built from knockdown kits via blueprints.
