Frontline Force was originaly released in 2000 for HL by Adrian "Pink" Finol (now with VALVe Software). The mod is a first person shooter which promotes teamwork in a FAST paced quick respawn environment. Standing still or camping will only get you killed! FLF has continually developed over the years, and is now moving to the HL2 source engine. We have a new Development team, Website, and some really nice refinements in work. We have 6 "remake" maps completed so far, and expect to have a couple; improved player models, hitboxes, etc. along with a fresh new look, and some new "stuff". Stop into our site and download the teaser video, and we will release screenshots and other media when we can.
A Walkthrough of Kezman
A wonderful full video walkthrough of the remake of FLF_Kezman Posted by Zanboo on Mar 4th, 2008 digg this super bookmark If you remember Kezman, you'll not be disappointed with this remake by Devious. It embodies what a remake should be, new blood injected into an old formula, and that is exactly what we have:
From Slo-Mo's to Fountain, the map is an amazing reimagining of the original, and our first video spotlight by Tykjen.

looks great!
Is it in the ep2-engine?
impressive are you going to do some more custom textures and statics? not a huge crit but im so fed up of seeing that wrecked blue truck lol
Looks awsome! It will use the new Orange Box SDK??
i hope you guys put in ironsights for the weapons
not bad, but some of the textures seem slapped on. The buildings don't look as good as they could, because windows ain't integrated into buildings, they are just outside textures. Nothing wrong with that, but better use displacement maps, so you have some overlapping and a little depht for your windows.
sorry for double post, but I have to add that I'm not speaking of windows from rooms, which are accessible, but about the dummy windows on some of the taller buildings.
I'll be working with all of the FLF level designers to add an additional layer of shine and gloss to the excellent work they've already done. Everything you see is WiP and will be even sexier by release day :)
Most of the map is over 2 years old and has been unfortunatly neglected due to the lack of development on flf. Now with the new injection of life from Blackened Interactive I will be bringing it upto date, and give it a lick of paint ;)
Can't wait until things get motoring properly :D
Great to have you back in action Devious. Its been a long time my friend... too long ;)
