hgn and vgr stay...both so there is an AI to fight and so you can battle FS with or against HW
I buffed their ships and removed ship requirements for them
So is there AI support for the shivans? or will it just be fighting the Hgn and Vgr? Not the I really mind, as long as I get to take the Deimos out for a spin!
As long as a hgn and vgr player/ai exist the ai should play as one of the FS races.

why is this necessary? most other mods don't need this...
AI issue has been dealt with, hgn and vgr being in is no longer needed.
