Description
I have added a new ability for the ISD and other starships from the mod. It fires a Ion shot in the enemy starships. Mostly, it will give you a chance from disable the shields from some enemy units. It is not a super ability, some enemy units will not lose all their shields and others will lose more or less. Other point is how it consumes energy resources from the ISD.
Does this override the blast or assault abilities?
