Best mod published ever? image - Star Wars Alliance Rebellion mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Alliance are a serie of different mods. On the Star Wars GC, you can play the civil war Empire vs Rebel era + Black Sun and soon the Republic and CIS.
Lately we have been a very curious and ironic thing. All the people which they can not use freely my EAW/FOC stuff because never I shared with them it. They have announced how they will break all modding rules from the world and they will copy my mod.
It is very ironic because you can see them at Moddb launching thousands of insults and lacks of respect to me and my work but they want lose their time making another mod with it.
Clearly they act hypocritically and they can not tell to their fans how they love my work with the great textures from Nawrocki. The most realistic textures from Star Wars around the net, not the only grey textures showed by Strobed with nothing of detail.
Clearly it is a matter of numbers which it caused a lot of envy between all these bad losers.
10 years of work=One new version from the mod published each year vs people which they have not published a byte at more of 6 years......I can understand how they rage.
For end, I would like remember you how IbramGaunt8911 has not a single permission from me for to publish nothing made with my work, stuff or anything touched by me.
At the end, the FOC Alliance is unique and everybody know very well where they must find it. Only at Firefoxccmods.com
Of course, it is a shame for all the EAW/FOC community (worst modding community ever in the net probably) because they promote the copy from the stuff published by other Modders.
With each answer launching insults and more, you will prove how good you are not....please continue entering and showing because it is community more cancerous from the net and at the end, giving me more publicity. There is not bad publicity, just publicity.

Eh, makes sense to me. He's trying to spin a narrative of "I'm the best and the only reason people have bad things to say is cause they're all bullies."
As long as he can get rid of any evidence anybody backs up their statements with, he controls that narrative, if somewhat poorly.
Still ironic he decides to end this post with "Ah, if I have not told you it. I do not read your comments" and proceeds to go through and cherry-pick some to delete.

In no way, shape, or form has your pitiful excuse for a mod EVER been anywhere near the best mod published ever, for any game.
At no point over the last decade did you EVER attempt to fix ANY of the incalculable number of errors, bugs, glitches, mistakes, and downright fuckups in your alleged "mod." Not one Hotfix. Not one Patch. Not even a simple "thank you for bringing this to my attention, I was not aware of this occurring. I will investigate and present a solution shortly..."
Your mod has literally cost one of my friends over $500USD because it caused his computer to fall into a loop that caused his CPU to overheat to the point of catastrophic failure. which is to say that he had to use PLIERS to remove the Power Supply Connectors from his motherboard
Furthermore, any attempt that anyone has made to even bring these errors to your attention has been met with open hostility, with more than one rumor of downright threats being made.
You have been nothing but a ******* CANCER on the modding community, not just for this game, but for modding as a whole.

Hey Nomada. I'm not really familiar with the situation you're currently in, but I just wanted to thank you for what you've done for the community.
I understand you might have angered some other EAW modders and sure your mods included OP units and the game crashed once in a while, but then again, FOC Alliance is still the largest, advanced and realesed EAW mod out there.
Sad to see you go this way.
The problem is rather 3 Points:
1) He doesn't actually help you if something is wrong. Ask him to help he will just point to a FAQ which is less helpful than an IKEA-manual written in Latin.
However if you still ask "hey yeah I got this problem do you know of a good way to fix it" and you already tried the FAQ, he will just say "your computer suck" or any other comment indicating that You are the problem.
2)With all due respect for his work, Alliance is not the greatest mod there is out there. At least not if you ask the great majority. Sure it has a lot of cool features, but i.e. Imperial Civil War rivals Alliance on great a many factors.
3) As someone in this comment section said, Nomada has a tendency at God complex.

Having a bitch fit about one persons use of assets that are free, as far as the people who are better knowledgeable about this than I, are concerned is one thing. But bad mouthing an entire community, a community that earned its respect, is just setting yourself up to be crucified in a way that will impress Jesus Christ.
At least Imperial Civil War and the 10+ other mods I game never crash, but apparently there is something wrong with the comp or the game for the mod has no faults (IMPOSSIBRU)

Lol Internet can be a bitch, but Nomada, it wasn't really a good strategy to insult all your fans and the EAW/FOC community, or you should've found a way to help your community instead of telling them to buy better equipment for a mod of a game that was released 10 years ago.
You should benefit from what @IbramGaunt8911 is doing, he's fixing some bugs that we others can find on our computers, my own computer is very modern, it's top of the notch, put most of my savings from working in it, can handle most games very easily, and your game keeps giving me exceptions, now I'm certain that this bug is not based on hardware but from O.S compatibility I think.
In short mate, cool your jets, calm down, we're called a "community" for a reason, we help each other, if you upload your mod, you'd best be hoping that someone would be fixing some bugs of your mod.
The game may be jam packed with awesome content but god damn it's probably the buggiest **** i've ever played next to like Fallout New Vegas. There's game breaking crashes, lag and the textures are not nearly as good as you say they are. When people bring bugs to your attention, you shrug them off and say, "get a better computer" where as mods like SW:FOC RE has beautiful textures, insane galactic maps, enhanced content and barely lags and crashes.
You're the problem, not the community. Either wise up and lose the ego or you'll lose fans and traffic.
God knows that'll ruin your god complex.
Ive played the SINS version of this and the FOC one but in the sins mod the only ships worth using were the Tarkin and Eclipse because they were so ridiculously op everything else was junk not to mention no custom skills and very little voice changes.
