Adds buildable Flood, Forerunner, Rebel units, bases and campaign units to Covenant and UNSC.

-New Flood leader that doesn't replace any existing ones and an empty slot if you want to play with uneven teams.
-All Flood, Forerunner and Rebel units and bases are buildable.
-Flood units have an upgrade that increases their health and damage.
-Covenant can build the Mega Turret and Super Scarab.
-Fully upgraded bases get 8 turret slots.
-UNSC bases can build the Rebel Watchtower which gives increased vision, like Halo Wars 2.
-Spartans, Covenant leaders and the Scarab have 5 veterancy ranks.
-The Scarab is buildable for the UNSC and both the Scarab and Vulture can be boarded by Spartans.
-Unit cap is 500 with 6 Spartans and 3 Covenant leaders trainable.
-The UNSC get the Pelican, Arcadia Police, Anders, Forge, Douglas, Jerome, Alice and the Rhino while the Covenant get Needler Elites and the Spirit transport.
-The Scarab also gets an upgrade that the developers didn't implement that increases it's health and damage by 195%.
-If you have any suggestions to add something to the mod I'd be happy to hear them.

Really nice mod, I have found that the UNSC AI like to spam sergeant Forge though, had a 30 minute game against over 30 sergeant forges because they were able to revive them whenever they were downed xd.
I'll have a look, I'm not great with AI changes.
How about limiting the option to recruit Forge, Anders, Douglas, Alice and Jerome to only 1 per player considering they are hero units and can be revived, that way they won't be spammed by the AI - just a suggestion.
I'll be releasing a big update to the mod later today thanks to Dr. LightMare and then I'll have a look at limiting the amount of heroes that can be built.
I'm really impressed with this update, the flood is now amazing! Good job with the new proto-gravemind base. Would you ever consider making the flood it's own separate faction?
Edit: I have however found an issue - I have only seem to have got the Proto-gravemind to work on the Exile 3v3 map, on the other maps it appears invisible.
All AI and model glitches should be fixed now.

is it possilbe to limit the hero units? like the covies get 3 but the unsc already have a total of 5 because of anders forge and red team. oh and also does this mod work in the campaign?

Right now 6 Spartans is the max including Red Team, I'll have a look if I can limit Forge at least. Anders isn't effective in combat. It should work in campaign, I haven't tested it yet.

You are a legend, sir. Thank you for the mod! Quick question: is the Spirit supposed to be able to fire, because it doesn't. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I thought I let you know regardless. Also, may I make the suggestion to possibly add regular Elites with plasma rifles as a type of trainable infantry unit? You could maybe add them to the Warehouse or something, or maybe the Keep. I also foresee deleting buildings as being an issue. If you are able to allow us to delete things on the fly, such as units and buildings (not sure if this is possibly), that would rectify the issue.
EDIT: Also, the Needler Elites show up as a egg or flood pod under the build menu.
The Spirit isn't supposed to fire, I'll have a look at adding the Plasma Rifle Elites. I don't really know why the Needler Elites have that icon, I'll fix that when I find a solution.
File size reduced from 450mb to 95mb, added a new building and a Spartan Squad. 3 Anders and 3 Forge can be built, AI shouldn't spam them anymore either. Reduced starting squad to 1 Warthog and 1 marine squad.
In the latest build, you can't build Spirits anymore.
It should be fixed now.
how does one play as the flood?
I think you have to choose Anders as leader to play as the flood
You have to build a flood colony or Proto-Gravemind when you destroy a base, it's not a faction at the moment.
in the campaign all bonus bases are invisible and units untrainable. and flood are invisible. amazing mod though :D
Edit: Also is there a way to make the flood bases generate income? Because my original base was destroyed and the proto gravemind was there but i ran out of resources so the defenses were just tanking lol

Edit: Nevermind, I replaced my modded files with outdated back-up files before i installed the mod which caused the crashing.
Yay, was wondering when you'd make a flood leader, was frustrating having to wait for resources in order to build a flood base hehe.
I didn't want to replace an existing one and it was impossible to make a new one until recently. The developers actually added better support for modding and hopefully they continue that way.
I'm not certain but all model issues might be solved now too because it loads assets different now. As usual if you have any feedback I'd be happy to hear it.
The A.I flood tend to build UNSC structures instead of flood bases.
Should be fixed now.
Great mod! I have a suggestion, though. Like the Brute Special Forces in the actual game, what if you added a full Brute squad of the brutes that wield the Spikers? Only a suggestion.
Would you like it just for the Chieftain or all the Covenant leaders?

Hey im trying to install the mod put im looking in my C:/Users/<Username>/AppData/Local/Packages folder and i dont have"Microsoft.BulldogThreshold_8wekyb3d8bbwe" is there something i have to do to get that?
You have the Windows Store version then?
I have both.
Use the Steam version then, as long as it's at the newest update you shouldn't have any issues.

What if you are unable to place any of these into the C drive? (Steam Installation) Is there some other way to install it? Because my C drive is full of crap and will break my computer if I put much more on it. So I have a different drive that I was hoping I'd be able to put the mod on and I've tried several different solutions. Like, for instance, editing the location of the ModManifest.txt to lead where I put the mod instead. I'm hoping this is enough information to help you but if you need more info I can try to give you more.
If the ModManifest.txt points to the mod folder location correctly it should work, just make sure the ModManifest.txt is where I said in the install instructions.
Well you said to put it in the file of where supposedly where the .exe for the game is, so I put it there but it doesn't work. I don't know why really.
Read the instructions again and put them where I said.
If you have to put the mod folder wherever you want,edit the ModManifest to lead to the new location. The ModManifest must go where I said.
What if the area where the ModManifest should go isn't existant? Because it isn't. I looked almost everywhere on my computer and couldn't find it.
Edit: The only place I ever tried putting the ModManifest is (my drive):\Software\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\HaloWarsDE
Nevermind I fixed it because I'm an idiot and I think that if something is supposed to be there that I don't see is there I think it isn't existent, and as a result I thought "Appdata" in my User on my C Drive was non-existent. The only "Appdata" I found before was like "Appdata\Roaming\" and so on. Thanks for the help though, and great mod.
Hi installed the mod correctly and all units plus the flood leader were in the game my problem is, that when i play campaign i could only build flood structures is it supposed to be like that?
It doesn't work right with campaign, it's only really for Skirmish and Multiplayer with friends.

Removing the modmanifest is enough.
