Its been a while, but we´re still going - and on schedule! To prove that, there´s a new trailer and a release date. Yay!

It´s been a bit quiet on the moddb front for a while now, and that´s because I´ve gone really intense with the mod, polishing and fixing as much as humanly - or inhumanly - possible. Seriously people, my head is so full of monsters and snow now.. but its for the better!
Yesterday I had a new, weird sensation. I didnt feel an urge to sit down and work on the mod. I realised, the mod is done now.

Today I passed the final build to a few developers for an approval if its good enough for a release. Once thats ok, I´ll put it for a download. If not, I doubt there´s that much left to fix, and Im crazy enough to pump all that out to keep myself on schedule. So expect a release around the next week.

New media:
My good friend (and Flesh voice actor) Chris pumped out something to get you all excited. That is, we have a new trailer out. The first teaser trailer opened on the story a little, showing the ambience and the voiceacting, so with this second video we focused more into actual gameplay. (HD version -> )

Known issue with Flesh:

I thought I´d mention this in advance. For the initial release, with the amount of dialogue in Flesh, I doubt I can get the subtitles in-game. Otherwise this is fine, if you can read this you can hear the english in Flesh, BUT this does kinda destroy the experience from deaf people, so sorry about that. I´ll create a patch after the initial release is out. Another thing I plan to add is a patch for the particle-effects. Seems like weaker comps start struggling on those, so I´ll add a tiny extra-download which should help with that. And Im talking about 1 fps on a 3-year old PC (with an 256MB ATI Radeon X1300)

That´s it for today, enjoy the trailer, please track and comment!
Now we´ll just count the days.

I thought that game ended up being a bit underrated. It was pretty different, and engaging.

Of course I'm a biased Lovecraft fan :)

I´ve managed to decrease the size quite a plenty, displacements and audio eat up alot of space, but thankfully they scale really well too.

We are working on audio solutions to help manage size.

Its amazing how quickly assets add up when you have a complete, all origional soundtrack, with lots of sounds.
