There appears to be an air of stability arising in the upper ranks of the Imperial Military. A chosen few strong leaders and fearsome warriors have managed to consolidate their current status in the higher ranks, smiting all who may come forth to challenge their position. Their performance remains exemplary and the war against the pitiful and insignificant Rebellion goes well. The Emperor is pleased.
We just hope that this stability does not lead to complacency, especially with so many new talented up and coming Officers rising through the ranks with an insatiable lust for power. For even those holding the highest ranks in the Empire's forces must know that their demise is just one failed campaign away.

It appears that you too shall remain in position in the highest offices of the Imperial Military's High Command. Not yet able to regain the Emperor's favour with some outstanding campaign or victory critical enough to catch his eye, you have still maintained an exemplary record out in the field across the Outer Rim, and have been awarded almost every commendation that is given for Imperial Military service of the highest standard. We have little doubt that your time will come again.

At this high level that can only be achieved with a consistently impressive standard of service due to solid soldiering and command skills. It appears that your recent demotion was just the motivation you needed, you have doubled your efforts in your role within the Imperial military and this has not gone unnoticed. You are hereby promoted back up to the rank of Moff. Now you do realise you will have to maintain this level of excellence now, as if the Emperor feels the need to demote you again he may take more from you than your rank.

The Emperor does not take kindly to slipping standards within his military forces, and your fall from grace has not gone unnoticed, you are therefore demoted further to the rank of Fleet Admiral. Is the Emperor not merciful? However if your performance does not improve you are likely to be demoted back into the relative anonymity of a rank and file position, or worse still sent to the Spice Mines of Kessel for incompetence, misconduct or failure of duty. I'd advise you to see that this does not happen.

You have shown remarkable performance on the battlefield and proved yourself to be a capable leader of men achieving many successful campaigns in some of the most hostile regions of the Outer Rim and scoring some major victories against the outlawed Rebellion.
