Nope, it's definitely an AT-AT. Three of them actually (one on the left and one on the right, fairly faded due to the draw distance).
"Set your course for the Hoth system! General Veers, prepare your men!"
Probe: I spy with my little eye... something cold.

Probe: Yes!
AT-AT definitely.
While I agree they seem to be AT-ATs, why would a probe droid be spying on something it should technically know is there? They're both a part of the Empire? Aren't we perhaps looking behind it, and not actually seeing what it is that it's looking at?
