Hey I just downloaded this mod but for some reason when I load and play it the floor is full of squares that say "Replace me". Could someone please help? Also there is a certain part of the game that you enter a cavern and at the end of it theres a big gray wall blocking my passage. Once again.. Help please? PS: I extracted it to Mods and did everything that README told me to.
If you're seeing 'replace me' red texture tiles that would imply that the textures folder hasn't been extracted properly or is not in the correct location (or perhaps the textures folder is still in a rar or zip file.. which could be causing the problem).
The 'grey wall' at the end of the tunnel is probably also a texture issue and should also be resolved along with the red tiling.
So.. make sure thats the texture folder is in the correct location and that it is extracted as a folder and not as a rar or zip.
If it still doesn't work let me know.
Sorry for the late response, I don't check this page as frequently as I used to.
Just installed, but it won't work with Steam-installed FarCry files since they're in a different location from a CD-installed version.
Nope works fine with steam version. Not as good as the videos made it look though :(
does this work with patch 1.4
whats the average game time to complete the MOD this is data dat all video games should release whether its MOD or COMMERCIAL because it allows poeple to plan the time to play the game.
It depends how you play it...if you run straight through probably approx 40 mins.....if you take your time, about an hour to an hour and a half :)
thanx man i appreciate that info
nice work! this is the best mod i have ever seen!
but, please make more missions, that shall be very nice!
we would love to but i doubt this will happen soon as the team have split up to do different courses and get jobs etc. There is another project a few of us are working on at the moment....so keep your eyes peeled :P glad you enjoyed it!
