Over the course of it's history, the SGC has encountered the wrath of a number of many races throughout the galaxy. Most notable among these races that have been provoked are the Goa'uld, the scourge of the galaxy and the most feared race ever encountered by thousands of worlds. Ruthless in their determination, they have ruled the galaxy for thousands of years, battling each other for the right to be called System Lord.
But with the death of Ra, there was a large power vacuum in the ranks of the Goa'uld. There were many Goa'uld who claimed that they had brought death upon Ra, and that they would thus be the next leader of the Goa'uld. However, all these claims proved to be short-lived. No Goa'uld knew who had killed Ra... Until they met the Tau'ri.
Six years later, the Tau'ri were becoming a force to be reckoned with. The launch of their first ship, the Prometheus, had put them on the defensive. The Tau'ri's increasing effectiveness in battle, led by brilliant commanders, had helped to push the Goa'uld back. The only question now is who commands the troops.
Do you have what it takes, commander?

We regret to inform you that this mod is no longer in active development. We've been very busy with real life, and other assorted things. We thank all of you who have supported us throughout the years. We still do want to make this mod, but it just isn't feasible at this point in time. Someday, maybe, but unfortunately not soon.

You guys really should release some videos of gameplay so far or a video showing all of the units you've created.

i just want be sure allt space ships will be stargate thingys? nothing from star wars only the space stations? i have a sugsetion for a Goa'uld space station, in one episoed Daniel has a misson to posion all the system Lords and the are on a big space staion and i looks really coool :)
Yeah the Goa'uld space station is going to be similar looking to the one you are thinking of, theres a picture of it in the images section... near the end.

can't wait :D watching SG1 now on tv :P i know that ground battels will not be in this game, but i hope in your next version you will have it, in star wars i ahet ground battels but i think i stargatemod it will be mutch better, i really want to play as the goa'ulds and destroy humanatiy :P or send spies and infect the planet popolations whit goa'uld simbyots :D
Of course. No ships from Star Wars will be in the game, however until we get new models, asteriod mining facilities and laser/missile sattilites will still be buildable.
okey that i can live whit :P and only space battels to, i dont really like the ground battels so mutch, and have you guys planning to delet the population shit, so you can do so many ships you want? it has always boderd me in UEAW.
