Announcing Final Front: Iris Offensive for Red Alert 3! Formerly exclusively for Star Wars: Empire at War, the Final Front team has decided that the time has come to move on to the power of Red Alert 3. We have not totally abandoned Empire at War - at least, not yet. Details are still being worked out in this regard.
With the Red Alert 3 Engine, we have the power to go where no mod could go before on EAW. As we go about building the mod though, we are going to strive to bring good features from EAW over to Red Alert 3.
Final Front: Iris Offensive is a 3D RTS mod, set in the Stargate universe. Experience battles as never before, with stunning visuals and realistic battle control. There are two paths to take: You can conquer and enslave the Galaxy as the Goa'uld, or fight for freedom with the Tau'ri and their allies. Which way will you turn? The choice is yours.

to witch version will this mod work on? on the orignal cd or the expansion, and when will this mod be out? i love stargate atlatis, SG1 was good in the beging but i het borde whit it .
This is just for regular EAW, not for FOC. We will have a first version(space only) out by the end of may.

Population limits are going to stay as they are hard coded into the game and they also help to keep things balanced. We can though change how much of a pop limit there is, and we will be working on seeing what a good limit is.
100 pop on corascant? plus space station? then you can build upp a good navy ans army :)
Have you guys ever played with the idea of joining forces with Stargate Empire at War?
Yes, we have thought about that before. No, that is not going to happen. We feel that we can produce a better quality mod - although that will be up to the community to decide.
If you're curious, we were actually around first, before SG:EAW. We've just had bad luck.
Eventually, the Ori, Tok'ra, and many other races will be implemented. However, only the major races will be playable. For the first release, only the Tau'ri (with some Asgard ships) and the Goa'uld will be playable. After that, we will slowly be adding in new races and fucntionality.
The Tollan will probably be in it eventually, although probably not as a playable race.
