FFVII: REBIRTH is a free modification for the PSX classic, that seeks to rebalance the game, improve the difficulty level, add new spells and mechanics, and in essence make the game a more engaging, tactical experience. REBIRTH is unlike other modifications of its kind, insofar as it is for the *PSOne* version of the game, though a PC port will follow.

I give you a feedback, but this time I take it easy. Also, I have a friend that wants to play the rebirth version but he don't play the original game (yeah, is a big freak,xD). I expect add his comments to the feedback.

i downloaded this and it freezes when the atb bar gets max? :( i wana play da game
Just started playing the mod, it works fine for me, and im having fun playing it so far. Some key differences from all the other ones iv seen. Actually was playing another mod of the same game and was at the end of the first cd when i found this one, and im hoping its a little harder and decided to give it a shot, I hope it continues to get more and more interesting.
The download isnt working for me,(;_;), can some1 help me?
I'm very excited to see a PC port of this. With a graphical mod or two and this re-balancing, new spells, weapons, enemies, it could almost be like playing the game for first time in a remake.
Hey, love it so far but a couple bugs:
Stealing early on randomly gave me the item:
~44MKcj(8.x&t-------- it continues, anyway I stole it from 2 different units during the first mission to blow the first reactor.
2nd issue I found while invading the headquarters the unit that is the robot thing with the hammer seems a little buggy. He would sometimes randomly disapear like the ghosts in the train graveyard, and one time I killed it and it just sat there in the battle. Instead of restarting I went on here to post and after about 4 minutes of web surfing leaving the game running in the background the battle starting going again. I think the unit name was Hammer Blaster.
Overall loving the mod though

I strongly disagree with this mod Final Fantasy VII is perfect the way it is and the game should not be tampered with. If it was a thing that the game was not perfect im sure that the creators would of at least consider remaking the game them self's just like the way they are remaking Final Fantasy X.

just curious if disc 2 and 3 will ever be made aswell dont wanna start disc one if thats all - 2016 now so not sure if this is still alive or not?
