Five Elite Mercenaries are send to an Island in middle of the 1980'. The Task: Find and Eliminate a local Drug Baron. Features: new Physic, real Sunmovement, Day/Night Change, Hunger/Food system, realistic (!) Weather system, Light/Dark viewing system for AI, 5 different Fractions on the Island. Complete Realistic simulation of nearly all things, including Sleep. New weapons, new Vehicles. Vehicles driving system is now exact (!) like GTA IV , FireSystem,... this mod is Heavily inspired by GTA, IGI, FarCry.

i currently experiment with "not so dark at night" values. above you see some shots from evening, night, morning. i'm interested in gettin response about the dark night settings ( 1 AM shots), depending on your monitor contrast levels. what did u say: are they to light or to dark ?
remember: at night the map is lightsource based, that mean without working lamps/flashlights/fire/glowsticks/whatever, it SHOULD be nearly impossible or extrem difficulty to play for player, because AI is in that case also nearly BLIND. so i need a real player punishement: it should be dark, but not to dark, but hard to play, but shoul look good ... -.-

The midnight is too bright I think. It's dark, of course but I think that the environment is seen too much well (in case there are no affecting lights)
I'd make it darker this way...(I have no word. Example: If you have night color "30,30,30" [and 100% black is "0,0,0"], I'd try to set it to "15,15,15" - I'd set it to the half number of current gray's and black's difference)
...but at my phone the darkness is exactly as I think that's perfect. It seems to be a question of screen settings mostly.
I agree with Vikom midnight is too bright and Nights are little dark but if we have night vision or flashlight then it's alright.
ok, thank you for feedback, so i leave it like it is and every user have to set up brightness, contrast and gamma in options for his own.
