unfortunately its actually not practicle to use it: adding more vegetation will crash the renderer, for example.
also the FPS drops on some places to very low rates, because of a amok running c++ routine called CPhysicalWorld:GetEntitiesAround, which is not in ce1.4 SDK.
i'm not sure if i can solve this problems, so its actually only a tech demonstration and i use this huge map more or less to find such engine bottlenegs and learn how the renderer work and behave for far distances.
this is a 4k x 4k sized map, if i could find a solution for this c++ routine (where i dont have acess to -.- ), i could try to use a 8k x 8k map and look how editor react by terraintexture generation (i bet it will crash with the good old memory error to desktop).
