i currently put some effour in shadow drawing on my borrowed nvidia card. this is the best result i could achieve (whithout AF & FF). before the shadows was very, very very ugly in comparison to my old broken AMD card.

you see also new tweakings for texture quality "low" (which is choosed here). i found some things to keep the texture layer lighting still good which results in good looking surfaces overal. before that, the toweres in background were glowing ugly white and the walls did not reflect sunlight correct.
remember: AF, FF, texture and bumptexture settings are set to low and off, so this is the worst setting you can achieve (particle, light, shadow are very high).
this settings are important vor users who have a 32bit OS with low system memory, lets say 2gb (which is minimum for OPCL).

If this is the lowest setting imagine this on ultra!

Btw: It’s good to know that this mod will run even on my old PC!

but i dont know how it will run. some shader, especially tree leaves and shadows, start to flicker if min FPS falls below 10 FPS. ok, turning off shadow helps a lot :)

Well if you have higher end 64bit computer then it actually would run really good on ultra

as long you have fast hardware, yes. if you maxed out all settings on a 64bit system it will eat more than gta5, i think. and i can provide a version with activated vegetation recive&throw; shadows, (unfortunately not switchable in engine), then you can really really stress your CPU :D (extreme singlecore power is needed, multicore is totally useless for cryengine 1.4)
