Description
As you travel from Venice Beach towards Downtown Santa Monica, you have to journey through the old car tunnel part of I-108. This takes you into a 6 level car garage, which splits off into the two ways you can travel towards downtown: Across the bridge to the downtown overpass, or through the ruins of Palm Sun Shopping Mall.
