Not in terms of modding but real life terms, it looks like a place I'd definatly take a detour of, looks creepy as hell.

I won't lie, it creeps ME out, and I made it.
The first time you sneak through here at night, and find a hungry yao gui, you'll **** yourself. I made them hide and not turn hostile until you are right on top of them.
to tell you what? this mod is F*cking Awesome!..............i regret that i uninstalled my Fallout 3 Already,what a Shame for me :(
Just grab it again. You need all the DLC, but other than that, and FOMOD with FOSE, you can just jump in the game with no other strings. We will even have a .exe when the final version comes out.

I think the high density of trees in one place all of a sudden is a little weird/unrealistic. Usually its a little trees and then it slowly turns into a lot of them, like it is there. Trees don't spontaneously appear in such numbers :P
