A near Total Conversion for Fallout: New Vegas. Fallout: Project Brazil adds an all new story around a new player character, an adopted resident of Vault 18, embarking on a quest to a hidden complex in the ruins of Los Angeles. Along the way you'll discover a pitched battle between the Survivalist Army, the New California Republic, and The Super Mutants, which shapes the politics and events leading to the NCR's invasion of the Mojave. The story takes place in 2260 - many years before the "Courier" awakes in New Vegas, while the Enclave struggles to rise again on the West Coast.
Introducing the first 4 songs in our Original Sound Track by Kummelgast, our Development Bible up for Download & an announcement.

This week, we show off the new Original Soundtrack for Project Brazil composed by Kummelgast, and the Fallout: Project Brazil Development Bible is up for download!
Here you have 10 minutes of Dark Ambient music custom tailored to Project Brazil's atmosphere. The tracks are still being mastered as we go along, but you can expect there to be an extremely unique sound to each area you encounter while playing. It is dark, and very tense, just like Fallout should be.
The atmosphere and surrounding landscape is so much more important than some like to think. The key to change and create a living world lies in the details. It is better to make shorter tracks instead of single long ones, that way we can leave room for a break in-between; and it needs to be subtle, as too much change in it could probably put the player off. The music is something the player doesn't have to care about.
If it's short and only plays occasionally (in the wasteland) it means it can intensify moments and it's more of an addition to the aldready existing ambience of footsteps, birds, wind etc.
The Tracks are:
1. I Came to Say Goodbye - Kummelgast
2. Fields of Ember - Kummelgast
3. Do You Remember the Day at Venice Beach - Kummelgast
4. 7-0-2 - Kummelgast
Expect to see more in the months between now and release!
You can now download the Fallout: Project Brazil Development Bible via Google Docs. This will allow you special access to the story line, quests, and development plan for our mod.
Anyone can access it and join the team, or contribute a few hours of effort following one of the "things that need doing" blocks. You can read our Mission Statement, download our work in progress .esm and then make your own .esp to begin working with us. No real commitment necessary, just drop us a quick note asking what we need help on, then look at the list of tasks and pick one that hasn't been updated with a "finished" marker!
Or, you can just help us out by spreading the word.
Cheers! And happy reading!
This week, we released a limited number of downloads of our current WIP on Fallout New Vegas Nexus. Within a few hours, we were already one of the top downloads and a contender for File of the Month. After we refine the current cloud-source file with help from the community, we will release it here on ModDB as well!
