The model from Slender was the worst portrayal of Slenderman I have ever seen. Hope this turns out awesome :)

awesome! love the style... would be great if you could keep that "rough" and "fast" look of him in the model, maybe shader-wise.
There is a disturbing lack of tentacles. Other than that, good work.

This really captures the shady, fuzzy Slenderman images.
Perhaps you could keep Slenderman looking like this in normal gameplay, but when he attacks you, then he bares his tentacles. It might act to instill a sense of false security.
Maybe the headsize and neck detail could be closer to Youtube.com
I saw this and instantly thought of The Silence from Doctor Who.
I its possibly that it was based off of Slenderman somewhat.
