eXterminateHalf-Life 2 mod | Released Aug 11, 2006About: eXterminate is a FPS type mod in pure kill-everything-that-moves style. I'ts very similiar to the classical game Phobia II, with the exact same same point: Kill as many things as possible before you die. You start off with a standard Sub Machine Gun. Then every once in a while a dropship flies over and drops a random weapon for you. These weapons are much more efficient and do much more damage. Current weapons: - Automatic / Semi-Automatic Crossbow Current maps: - Zombie ...more weapons and maps to come! This mod is quite good even tho its pretty simple...
1036 in the zombo map was my best score.
oh btw make this co-op ;)
this mod is a great time waster and with a score borade you can compeat with your friends
I must declare this the first "really good" single-player modification for Half-Life 2. While Ant Lion Deuce was entertaining, it was full of bugs and serious problems that hurt gameplay, graphics, ect.
Exterminate crashed during its first run. But the second time I loaded it I played both the zombie map and the antlion map. The zombie map was fun, firing a few bullets into a zombie as more and more and more kept coming in slowly. Eventually, 600 kills, many entertaining uses of super weapons, and 10 levels of mayhem later, I was completely overrun by the masses of zombies as I was crushed to death.
The Antlions I think are too hard at the moment when I tried them out, but perhaps I'm not understanding the secret to taking them out yet. I'll get back to you on that.
In the meantime, please, keep up the good work, this modification is fantastic.
Yo you guys need to make a head crab map with all the different headcrabs in one map that would be a real challenge staying alive with tons of fast headcrabs and posion headcrabs :D that be really fun

lagy but fun as hell! i love the new weps, and killing zombies is fun, the antlion map lags like hell tho, the zombie map starts to lag when lots of npc's start spawning
I played the antlion map and i switched to crowbar... pressed right mouse and CRASH
COMON COOP, THIS WOULD BE SO MUCH FUN, even just with little ppl on the servers
Can somebody please help me with this? Both links aren't working.
