I downloaded and unpacked the mod into the mod folder correctly, enabled it in Supcom FA, and it works for the most part. I have seen all the pictures and posts about building a sea economy and having experimentals/ACU rank up and evolve, but for some reason none of that works. the only things that evolve are the T1/T2 land, air, and sea units, and the T1 defenses. None of the T3 units or experimentals gain upgrades as the rank up, and I cannot build anything on the sea. If you can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated, because I have no idea why it wont work. Anyone, help please.
