Once the module folder is under 'Modules' just click on the Mount&Blade Warband desktop icon or exe and get to the first menu that appears in the centre of your desktop. 12 comments by RevanShan on Aug 28th, 2012

The seventh public beta of Europe 1200 Warband has been released. Including 4 new factions, work on scenes, new enhancements and features, and a map expansion, as we start to cover Eastern-Europe.

Command your party and find your way to glory in the Western and Central Europe of 1200. Will you fight over the English Crown ? Or perhaps serve under the orders of Polish Nobles?

With this beta we've added 4 new historical factions, the Principality of Arber, the Bulgarian Tsardom, the Principality of the Rhodopes and the Kingdom of Poland. This version includes 133 new settlements and a bunch of new items, among with a good number of fixes, and a great lot of enhancements. Military Orders also got revised.

Just like we've said in previous messages, Europe 1200 aims for a complete Europe, and the team is working on all the independent historical factions that existed in 1200. From West to East. We started with Iberia, and we'll finish with Egypt and the Crusader States. In the end the player will be able to travel from Toledo to Costantinople, and take part in any conflict.

You are the first guy to report that problem. Maybe your download is corrupt, or use a non-compatible version.

Yes, christians maybe started using crossbows, but iberian moslims adept them and later it became samething like their national weapon, only what I was not sure, its when they started to use them. But I discovered that almohad have crossbows in this mod (I am new with this mod, I didnt knew about possibility of recruiting sergeants):)

And second thing is a bug, recruiting cost of sergants in castle menu it show 50 deners (or maybe only 30), but when I recruit them it cost only 10 deners.

Iberian muslims used crossbows, but Almohads aren't Iberian muslims. We have an internal dev discussion on this matter right now.

About the sergeant thing, that should be important. Please, report it on our forums.

i am czech, not english...In our languages its not equivalent for word almohads, we have andalusian, have africans, but no alhomohads, i know them only from games and I thought its summarized name for some north africans and iberian moslims. In real I also thing that many of muslims states arent so united as in much of games...Something like holy romans empire...much of todays people its used to thought about it as a united centralized state, but wasn't and only game where I see this its Europa universalis...And I thing that almohads its lithe similar situation.

So excuse me...but you have one faction almohads...so I expected them to have some crossbow units (which they have).

Well; i know that it's a BETA version, but stil i find it a bit creapy finding exact copies of myself in the different cities. But with this said the only thing about this mod is some minor details, and the fact that it has not been released yet. The MOD sums up a brilliant view of 1200AD Europe and has all the major factions, and even som minor ones, in the game. The Persons within the MOD has the correct names, and the kingdom sizes are pretty corect. Some of the shorelines might be a bit rough…
