1.2 fixes
Sep 9, 2011 Patch 0 commentsAll fixes for 1.2 in one archive. Be sure to follow the installation guide!
Europa Barbarorum is a modification of Rome: Total War based on the desire to provide RTW players with a more fun, challenging, realistic, and historically accurate game experience. Europa Barbarorum is a total conversion, though it covers roughly the same time period as the imperial campaign included with RTW.
The modification affects all areas of RTW; all vanilla units have been removed, all new models and textures, a new economic system, new traits system, new scripts, and in general new gameplay. No area of RTW is left untouched.

This version of the mod differs in several ways from the Windows version:
To install Europa Barbarorum on your Mac there are two Mac OSX packages available. People who know how to install mods for Rome: Total War on the Mac manually only need to download the data files (the mod itself). People who do not, will also want to download the Mod setup package which contains a program to install mods for Rome: Total War on the Mac. Please note that neither package was created by the Europa Barbarorum Team, and that we will be unable to provide technical support with installing these packages.
Download available at: Europabarbarorum.com
Known issues: video files (e.g faction intros) created for the mod may not work (correctly or at all). This is being workd on and may be fixed in a later update. Please report bugs and fixes (if you have them) in the Mac OSX packages to "Edwin@Feral" here.
Since this version of the mod was not put together by the Europa Barbarorum team itself, we are not able to provide technical support for this version of the mod when it comes to Mac OSX related problems or questions. Of course we can still provide support for purely mod-related questions and problems such as "what do I need to do to achieve the Marian reforms playing as the Romans?".

First find out what where RTW is installed on your computer. Its usually under Activision or The Creative Assembly. Just open up My Computer, then C drve and program files. Scoll though until you've found the Activision or Creative Assembly folder and check if its in there. Once you've found it run the mods installer and select the proper folder. When it's installed a short cut should appear.
Let me know if it worked.
Well the first thing you need to do before you install the mod is find out what version of Rome Total War you have.To find out run the game and go to the options menu, the game version will be in the top right corner of the screen. If says 1.5 your good to go if not google Rome Total War patches and download patch 1.5.
When you've done that let me know what version of the mod you have downloaded so I can help.
no i dont instal it in the rome total war folder because i dont know how
