Europa Barbarorum is a total conversion for Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms and successor to Europa Barbarorum for Rome: Total War. The aim is to give the player an even better gaming experience compared to EB1 on the RTW engine and a deeper comprehension of the ancient world and its correlations.

no offence, but you seriosly don't have talent in making helmets (maybe thats just the wrong expierience or whole process of making helmets)

Its actually a fairly good fit. Please remember that these modders are working for a game from 2006. Polys will be visible. I doubt the armies liked letting their helmets rust anyways. Bronze oxidizes to green. All the ornamental details are there. The nob is at a slightly different angle but I don't that qualifies as a new design.

But the "helmet general shape" almost had nothing to do with the real reference, i am personally working on a similar limitatations as they do, and i pretty much know what they can achieve with the current poly limit.
My point is that they can improove on making helmets (at least some of thems)

You do realize that you're watching the entire battlefield instead of looking at individual soldiers and even if you are looking at them, you wouldn't even realize it since they're flailing their bodies around.

Seriously? Is a slightly different angle of a helmet from a couple of soldiers really going to ruin the mod and it's really hard to notice it when playing?

well of cause it wont ruin the game as most time ppl do not even trying to see how things looks from close distance,
but if no one will point out the mistakes they do they wont improove even if they do a thousand of models.

You seem to be assuming that the picture you posted is the only viable/possible proportions that helmet could have, which seems pretty near-sighted imo. That said, yes, perhaps they could work on it, but to outright say that they have no "talent" in making helmets is just asking for people to mob on you.

perhaps i am to harsh on thems, but the only way ppl take serious notice is when they get harsh replays and then rage help them go forward or quit the job
