Problem: Intro sequence can't proceed, Miranda doesn't open door unless I reload
Solution: Simply shoot out your current clip to have the Commander to shove in a fresh one and proceed with the mission. Added text in-game to help with it.

Problem: Mattock's muzzle flash is bugged
Solution: Applying any ammo powers seems to solve the muzzle flash bug. No other fixes currently known.

Problem: Game is stuck when using biotic powers to knock Tela Vasir over the edge before her barrier and armor has been depleted
Solution: No known solution so far. Try not knocking her off the ledge until you deplete her armor. Throwing her off when there's only health bar remaining is OK and game will accept is as victory.

Non-mod related!
Dual core loading times!
Note this is not caused by my modification, it's present in every version of the game. Some dual-core processor gaming setups exibit extraordinary loading times after several hours of gameplay, up to the point of loading for entering Shepard's cabin in Deck 1 on Normandy takes up to 2-3 minutes to load.

I believe this bug is caused by an error in low-level programming causing the second core not activating and being used by the game properly.
A simple fix exists: When you enter Main Menu in the game, press Alt + Tab to minimize the game. Open Task Manager, select tab Processes, locate MassEffect2.exe and right click on it. Select "Set Affinity", and in new window, disable one of the two active cores. Press OK and you will see how ME2's Processor usage instantly falls below 50%.

Next, just simply right click the process again, click Set Affinity and re-enable the core again. Press OK and exit task manager. Click the game's icon in your taskbar to bring up the game again.

This should reduce your loading times by a great amount (should never reach the end of the animation playing in the background during loading), and in my experience, even helps with in-game performance as well! Less stuttering and more FPS.

I was unable to replicate the problem on two different machines, with different mod versions and different difficulty levels.

Are you using any sort of other modifications besides HC?

No im not. But I can post screen ;)

Sure, please do.

Do you have the 1.02v of ME2? I know for certain I patched both of mine.

I have this very much exactly the same problem.

I recentlyinstalled the HC-mod and in the firs level when waking up at the Cerberus lab, the "not-Jacob" henchman was stuck in T-pose with no weapons available.

When I got to Freedoms Progress (the first colony), Miranda was stuck in T-pose and had no weapons to equip.

And Im not sure if I remember this wrong but I think Miranda is suppost to stand around in the room before you speak to the Illusive Man for the first time (you get the chance to ask her why she is so hostile and she hints something about llusive man waiting) - she was nowhere to be found.

I had the texture mods active via texmod at the same time but I doubt they had anything to do with it, tried the game without the texture mods as well but no difference - Miranda was still frozen in T-pose. When she moves she sort of "hovers" in T-pose above the ground.

I would very much appreciate any help with this because the HC mod seems to be one of those mods that gives the game "new life".

Please, if anyone has any solution to this post it here.
Thanks!

Also I noticed tht my problem seems to limit itself to one henchman, in this case it seems to be the one on the right(?).

In the first openings level - the Cerberus space lab/station-thingy, it as that evil scientist which gets executed by Miranda. In the Freedoms Progress it is Miranda.

So the problem is limited to one henchman for some reason.
I was forced to uninstall the whole game in order to get rid of your (otherwise quiete cool) mod.

I still want this to work but hence I have no programing skills myself I cannot do anything about it myself.
Hope to have an answer soon because this mod is just what the game needed. :)

Beats me... :/ I tried reproducing the bug but I just cannot manage it.

Can you provide bit more specific details? Did you import or start new game? What class are you playing?
Did you start the game without the mod and install it afterwards, or was it installed first and then start playing?

Is the error present only in this career alone, or every other save game?

Like I said before, I tried this on several machines, but I never had any problems with it, especially not the T-pose characters not doing anything.

If all else fails, try uninstalling the mod (by the way, you don't have to re-install entire game, there is Restore backups function in the installer), finishing Freedom's Progress mission, then installing the mod and playing the rest of the game.

Didn't understand how to or even what files to make backup of. :D

First time I tried the HC mod, I started a new game, Vanguard. Didn't try it on any other saves for some reason. Didn't occur to me that maybe I should have. Installed HC mod before starting new game. Retail "EA Classics" version (e.g. not Origin version).

I read that in Mass Effect 3 Multiplaer, the T-pose bug sometimes occur when giving someone medigel just when they die. The one who dies end up in T-pose until the round is over. And I came to think about that you give medigel to the injured henchman before he joins the party in the beginning of the game.
Not sure if realated, but figured I might mention it.

Should I try installing it again on an existing savegame? Won't it disrupt the whole game?
I always thought I had to start a new game in order to get the mod working since the savegame file will have different scripting or what it's called. :)

Anyways, if you let me know how to make backups and on which files I can retry and see if it works better now when I reinstald the game like three times. :D

Nope, you can install it half-way through playthrough, it'll work.

Backup function in the installer is completely automated - one-click, everything backed up. One click on restore function, everything restored the way it should be.

Try it out, let me know if it works for you if you install mod after starting new game.
