Almost At Release! news - Eternal Silence mod for Half-Life 2

Hello Community,

We have some good news and some bad news for you guys today. Starting with the bad news, our release will be delay an extra week. The reason is one of our coders John Sheu had his comp explode last week, and he won't be up and running until this wednesday. Wish him Luck. To counterbalance that, we have a TON of great news of you guys (and lots of media :D).

Lets start with the visual goodies. I know you guys havent heard from the art team in a while. So this is sort of a backlog of things. Firstly we have the NGM Aethra Concept drawn by our new concept artist -X-. It's in wallpaper size if you want to plaster that on your desktop.

The next piece of media comes straight from sweden, special delivery. Dete has taken some time off BF2142 to bring us this great redo of the NGM Heavy Fighter, complete with skin.

Finally (wow, this is a big update), we have a few screenshots from our tests this weekend. Some are humorous, some are high action, they all look pretty cool. For some of you this may be your first peek at the frigate, though the daily visitors have gotten to peek at the POTW. Anyways these screens were taken by our tester DOOM and team member X-Ray. The quality may not be so great (HL2 has crappy jpeg compression) but these were on the spot screenshots, no setups.

And, to finish this off, something you get you guys really excited. Oh wait, we better wait to unveil this one... Next time maybe ;). Trust me, for those involved, it will be quite a surprise. We'll leave you wondering a little longer.
