oh yeah, that blood trail with the hospital bed or whatever is this like an infection were theres running zombies and they vomit blood ? Becuase u should have it were if u get vomited on u have 1 hr be4 u turn into one of "them" and biten or scarched u have 1 day to find a cure ( so dont get bitten or anything by infected !) u should make ppl that already eaten flesh vomit ( becuase other ppls flesh dosnt belong in there own bodys )
tell me when the next update is, u should make ingame fottage instead of like towns and woods ( no offence )
Its called showcasing the already completed map.
I love these mods that have to do with infections and like a pandemic of zombies, and btw i love the enviroment from the screenshots reminds me of 28 weeks later a lil bit GOOD WORK GUYS !

I'm beyond thrilled to hear "new NPCs."
One thing though, new textures would be nice. Under "latest Screens" i'm seeing a lot of the usual HL2 textures.
I'm assuming since your going as far as new NPCs, you could at least touch up on them :]
