Epic Legions Mod for Spring Downloads

We're back! Well, I am anyway. Starting afresh, from the ground up. I'm the only mod-maker on the team, really, I'm making all the content and tweaking all the variables. Neddiecrow is coming up with basic tech trees and is basically my trove of info.
