Description
In order to make this you need to become allied with the Turians. There will be numerous events where ships will be built. It will have stealth capabilities and will have big sight range ,making it a really good scout ship. The SR2 will be built by cerberus if this is ever destroyed.

How will it be? Like a model where you can choose the weapons or an special one which you can just build?
It will be unique in the sense that it will have really long range scanners and will be invisible to other ships
