Enderal - The Shards of Order is a total conversion in development for Skyrim and the sequel to Nehrim: At Fate's Edge by SureAI. The story of Enderal is not set in the Elder Scrolls world of Tamriel, but takes place in its own universe, creating a new, interesting world completely unrelated to Skyrim with a complex, dark storyline and thousands of secrets to discover.

Enderal takes place in it's own world that isn't related to skyrim at all. Therefore you won't find any of the Elder Scrolls races in Enderal, but some new ones coming from it's own lore. There will be 4 playable races based on the human and elf models, but no playable beast-like race, as far as i know. As for the NPC's, you can definitely find some non human races e.g goblins, a dwemer/dwarf-like race, called star people, and probably some more yet unnamed ones like this swamp creature.

Click on the green button at the top that says Top "100 of 2014 Vote for this Mod", it will take you to the Top 100 overview where you can vote by clicking on the icon right next to the Enderals thumbmail. It may not work immediately though, because guest votes are only accepted every few minutes or so. So, you might have to try it again a couple of minutes later.

I must be honest...from the images of the landscape of Enderal I have been a bit disappointed because they haven't been looking as good as Nehrim was (except for Sun Temple concept art that still blows me away!!)...but what the English trailer shows is absolutely magnificent! I love the landscape and the architecture and unique style that you guys bring! I am so excited for this mod and have been waiting for it since day 1 like the rest of us! Since its being released in 2015 I sure hope its a spring release!

I kinda get what you mean about the graphics but I think that's the fault of the engine. Skyrim is somehow not as sharp as Oblivion. Skyrim is blurry somehow while Oblivion was vibrant and picturesque.

Interesting, I always felt the opposite way round. I didn't like the Oblivion engine that much. I think it made everything look a bit artificial and cartonish and the lighting system and the colour sheme they used made things even worse. The only thing it was kinda good at were the forests and the view distance. I think Skyrims Creation Engine is a huge step forward from that and looks way more realistic and creates much more immersive environments.

individual objects are harder to spot in Skyrim maybe that makes more sense. Oblivion was a bit cartoonish maybe but I think it didn't distract from the experience. Nehrim did not at all look cartoonish and in fact was more gothic while still keeping everything clear and sharp looking.
