Have a look at our Heartland & Farmers Coast landscapes for Enderal, our Skyrim total conversion mod!

Its no Mod, its a whole new game based on the Skyrim/Creation Engine. U just need a vanilla patched Skyrim.

It's not a mod, it's a total conversion, so it basically changes everything and none of the Skyrim mods will be working, why would they? It will be basically a new game built on Skyrim engine.

Is there any significant changes in there? I understand that you can really only go to one primary role and one secondary as described by some article I read, but comparing to Skyrim's perk system, there really is no point in going 2h sword without mods. Then with certain mods there is no point going 2h due to the inability to defend and attack against multiple peoples. How are the combat perks and general combat going to change?

All perks get erased ;-) and remade into talents. As there are less talents than perks in Skyrim they often include more effects as their Skyrim counterparts and are stronger.
Also they aim to make the talents better balanced in hindsight of each other.
These talents all fit into a certain category and allow you to play Enderal how you like while still being restricted to only max out 2-3 disciplines.
