Enderal - The Shards of Order is a total conversion in development for Skyrim and the sequel to Nehrim: At Fate's Edge by SureAI. The story of Enderal is not set in the Elder Scrolls world of Tamriel, but takes place in its own universe, creating a new, interesting world completely unrelated to Skyrim with a complex, dark storyline and thousands of secrets to discover.

Well met,

after a year's time and thanks to both St. One - a German Let's Player who has played Nehrim for what seems like an eternity - and our talented and commited scripter Sam, the time has finally come: The second episode of our devblog just went online!

This time we'll shed some light on the topic of crafting and housing in Enderal, the former with a brand-new, self-coded system that will hopefully provide for a lot of fun.

Before showing you the video, a shameless plea to all those who haven't done it yet: The moddb.com - awards, in which we were nominated for the category "Best Upcoming/Most anticipated", have almost come to an end. If you haven't done so already, we'd greatly appreciate a vote for us!

The feedback for our trailer so far has been a blast, which we totally didn't expect. Thanks again!

I must be honest...from the images of the landscape of Enderal I have been a bit disappointed because they haven't been looking as good as Nehrim was (except for Sun Temple concept art that still blows me away!!)...but what the English trailer shows is absolutely magnificent! I love the landscape and the architecture and unique style that you guys bring! I am so excited for this mod and have been waiting for it since day 1 like the rest of us! Since its being released in 2015 I sure hope its a spring release!

I kinda get what you mean about the graphics but I think that's the fault of the engine. Skyrim is somehow not as sharp as Oblivion. Skyrim is blurry somehow while Oblivion was vibrant and picturesque.

Interesting, I always felt the opposite way round. I didn't like the Oblivion engine that much. I think it made everything look a bit artificial and cartonish and the lighting system and the colour sheme they used made things even worse. The only thing it was kinda good at were the forests and the view distance. I think Skyrims Creation Engine is a huge step forward from that and looks way more realistic and creates much more immersive environments.

individual objects are harder to spot in Skyrim maybe that makes more sense. Oblivion was a bit cartoonish maybe but I think it didn't distract from the experience. Nehrim did not at all look cartoonish and in fact was more gothic while still keeping everything clear and sharp looking.

Why should this mod be mod of the year for 2014 its not released, has no beta option. To be honest there is nothing of value here at all except some trailers that aren't very informative and screenshots that could be achieved with little to no work.

You should do this because we are only nominated for the "upcoming mod of the year". ;) This voting contains only unreleased mods.

I agree, it could probably be worth the vote when it comes out but seems stupid to vote for something not released when there are amazing, released mods right now.

Well there are two categories upcoming mods and released mods...do you both have the brain capacity of a pea?

And if you think that the Trailer and Screenshots could have been done with no work ....no words that's just stupid.
