Enderal - The Shards of Order is a total conversion in development for Skyrim and the sequel to Nehrim: At Fate's Edge by SureAI. The story of Enderal is not set in the Elder Scrolls world of Tamriel, but takes place in its own universe, creating a new, interesting world completely unrelated to Skyrim with a complex, dark storyline and thousands of secrets to discover.

Greetings,

it's time to show you a small sample of Enderal's English voice acting. This video shows you its intro, which explains what happened back in Nehrim.

We hope you enjoyed this small insight in the English voice acting - all in all there will be over 30 VAs for Enderal's English version :-)

Though this video is already several months old I saw it wasn't shown here yet and it is certainly interesting if you want to know more about the landscape...

Would a custom race mod work in Enderal?

If it would be made for Enderal, yes ;-)

Skyrim's custom race mods have certain problems in Enderal, e. g. Skyrim's perk system which is deactivated. Also your choice of race influences certain dialogues (nothing too major, but I'm not sure how custom races would interact with those).

Please don't **** up the story, please don't **** up the story, please don't **** up the story.

The Dialoges you write, the characters you create always feel unreal and i never ended a SureAI mod cause it felt totaly out of place, out of touch with the supposed living that a medieval fantasy would be like. So please don't **** up the story.

WTF Nehrim was fantastic in that regard. Both story and acting.

maybe bit of a spoiler but will the game also have inscriptions (alduins wall) or messages written on empty cave walls etc ? this to tell a bit of backstory ?
like the beginning of the story trailer, the art look like murals very nicely done people :)

We do have a lot of backstory, but it isn't conveyed via murals. :)

Got a question: it's possible to play Enderal AND the main Skyrim game in the same playthrough? If not, will it be possible with some tweaking or a specific mod that allows that?
Thanks for all your work, I'm sure it'll be an amazing journey.

No and no, sry. Enderal is a completely different game with it's own skills, leveling and game mechanics and with a seperate launcher. It wouldn't make much sense anyways, as it takes place in it's own universe that's not connected to the TES-lore at all...

Thanks for the reply.
I wasn't really worried about lore at all to be honest, but considering it has its own mechanics I guess it won't work with Skyrim anyway. Or maybe it will, but in an unplayable way.
I did ask this question because, as far as I know, Skywind will have its own launcher and mechanics too, but the devs already said that it'll be possible to play everything in the same playthrough (with custom mods).
Anyway, can't wait to try Enderal :)

Will it be possible to own (buy or build) a building in here, other than just own some Nehrim chests?

Yep, there will be a couple of houses the player can buy. You will even be able to craft your own furniture and place it the way you want. Youtube.com
