New Cincinnati is a city and quest mod for New Vegas that allows you to join a reclusive sect of the Enclave Remnant that has begun a new and improved plot to reclaim America in the name of Freedom and Liberty. Based on the principles of the real-life Society of the Cincinnati, the Enclave Department of the Army has stepped into shadow-leadership of the newly established town of New Cincinnati with the goal of making a city-state, then a nation great enough that they can hand power back over to the populace and return to their original state: being America's Army. Two companions and an optional Battle Cat component are yours to discover, though the Enclave won’t give up their secrets easily.
With the finalization of all the big buildings, all that's left is to clutter the grounds and retint the ground textures to be more pleasing to look at. To me, this clutter includes doors, plant life, sand bags, benches, street lights and telephone poles and so on. The pieces that bring the space together to make it look lived in and usable. I should probably switch to saying I'm "adding immersive elements," as that seems to be closer to the truth.
