So We made the butt thiner and added some more weapon spots on it :)
With the Hangar we are allready at 20K Polys ^^

Wait, did Venators have 4 small additional engines above the main ones ? Also, why are those engines only on one render ? The rest is good, though.
I googled it and 90% of the Images have them (where one could see the engines)
The second render is from the bottom so one cant see them ;)
I feel like the engines are slightly in-accurate. If you looked at the back of the venator. The outer engine cylinders are actually shorter and slightly thicker. This would mean that the main 2 engines cylinders need to be slightly thicker. I'm sure you've seen the ships back exhaust beauty. This is my personal observation to what i have witnessed in "...Episode 3" and the "Clone Wars" series. Even though this model is absolute beauty. I think the engines are slightly our of proportion when it comes to it's design in this. Just saying...don't kill me.

I like the combination of the EP3 and TCW Venators.
The thinner and taller profile of the EP3 version and the bulkyness of the TCW version.
A new and unique Venator for the first time in awhile.

I heard that not all of the Venators had that abillity.
Maybe we add a limited amount of SPHAT compatible ones in.
the sphat beam was only used in anakin's open circle venators and more importantly it wasn't a ship weapon it was one of the sphat ground cannons used at geonosis fireing from out of it's hangers.

I agree it could poissblely be a tech upgrade option.
This is unique model of Venator. I would personally say Venators will be available to the Rebels rather than Empire but limited. Will you be adding the squadron of ARC-170 and V-Wing starfighters to the Rebel Venators?
After the creation of the first galactic Empire still a lot of Venators were in use by the Empire because it makes no sense to just abandon them all :P
I would thinks so as well that the rebellion should have some of them. Like it could be possible that some of the Commanders in the Clone Wars just didnt want to join the Empire and took their Venators with them. And another point would be that the rebellion would techniaclly be able to aquire some Venators by hijacking them. So the Idea with a build limitation makes absolutly sense.
To have ARCs on them as fighters would be a cool thing :)
