I'm not sure what that is on the top. A window with a view into the sky or perhaps some holographic movie.
If it's a window make sure to make the walls larger. At the moment you've got like 10cm thick walls. Little unrealistic don't you think?
Other than that it looks ok. Try to mix the textures more. to much gray in most of your screen shots.
It's actually to let the light in. It's an underground place.
