Elder Kings is an Elder Scrolls themed total conversion for the Paradox Development Studio game Crusader Kings 2. It allows players to live out their dreams of ruling one of the great realms of Tamriel and leading their dynasty through it's various eras and challenges. While still effectively a Work-In-Progress Project, Elder Kings still offers one of the biggest gameplay experiences available for a released CK2 mod!

Due to the delays in releasing 0.1.6 (thanks in part right now to issues in the current base CK2 version) it has been decided to provide limited access to the development SVN. This access is an “at your own risk” situation, if by accessing the svn you manage to screw up your PC or CK2 installation we offer no warranty or guarantee. The version you will be accessing is the currently in development version of 0.1.6, it is riddled with bugs many of which are beyond our control to fix (hound Paradox for a new patch with Captain Gars’ fixes), bear this in mind when playing.

A free account with the ParadoxPlaza is required along with registering your Steam Key for CK2 to access the subforum. The ParadoxPlaza is the official forums of the Developers & Publishers of Crusader Kings 2 (Paradox Development Studio/Paradox Interactive). I'm not a hundred percent about this but you could try surveying counties in Skyrim, if there is a county called "Korvanjund" or a derivative of that name it will be there. Same as you can get the "Amulet of Kings" from "Sancre Tor"

Is there way to start war beyond your region borders? I started as Morrowind wassal, became king through rebellion, get warlord ambition and claim province in Rift (it have border with Morrowind). And I can start only war for tribute CB. And before that, one lord in Tear rebel against old king during my rebel, and when I won, he became independet, and I could start war against him for many CBs (unite Morrowind, Warlord, de-jure claim, etc.). Seems like a bug. Or is it feature?

Well first of the Warlord CB only functions against those in your cultural group (possibly religious too), granting you all the land occupied in the war (yes all the land). The many CBs you listed are not bugs those are separate reasons for war with different benefits. Warlord would grant you personally the Duchy you declared for and vassalize any non-crown-owned land occupied, a de-jure claim would be claiming a (singular) county that has be rightfully declared as apart of your realm or that of a vassal's (e.i. a county belongs to a duchy, kingdom, or empire you/your vassal own), and finally unite Morrowind is pretty self explanatory it is you trying to reunite a known cultural union through conquest by duchies.

Though to answer your first question yes you can declare outside your own cultural borders, you can use the fabricate claim function that the chancellor possesses. Look at a de jure map (duchy, kingdom, or empire (never create 2 empires)) fabricate on 66% of a region and conquer it. Then you can create the de jure title and vassalize or lay claim to the rest of that de jure land.

The wording of what you have written slightly confuses me but basically to your first question "Is there way to start war beyond your region borders?" the simple answer is Yes, dejure kingdoms or as you called them "regions" have no bearing on your conquest, if you want to take Skyrim you can, your main CB will be a religious one as the Nords are followers of the eight or nine divines depending on your current date. Same goes with the Argonians, or anywhere on teh map, just have to have a CB and you can conquer. Hope this answers your question but if it doesn't can you try and clarify what your asking.

I have only one CB for war beyond dejure kindom borders. "Make Tributary" from "Horse Lords" DLC. Religeon, warlord ambition, fabricated claims just have no effect.
(I hope you will understand me now.)

hmmm, i;d say the obvious thing is try reinstalling, play as a character from Cyrodiil for instance, a warlord perhaps and see if the CB's work properly for any of the chars or if it's localized to Morrowind.

Great take on the elder scroll universe in the form of a grand strategy game. Absolutely loved it.
