Eldar Mod version 2.0.2 file

The Elder Mod adds the Eldar Religious group and the NeoSumerian religion. It adds 10 new cultures; the NeoSumerian, ProtoSumerian, AltSumerian, Sclaveni, Este, Sur, Canela, Oeste, Desierto, and Varangian cultures. The mods adds 14 new dynasties; Solomon, Grixis, Krasis, Praetor, Vongola, Pendragon, Valinor, Alaithis, Dulalas, Glamathus, IronSpear, Naraithol, and Pelcatis. The Eldar Mod also adds new decisions to buy troops and ships, to buy/trade money, piety, and prestige.
