Saruman the White, first of the Istari and master of Isengard. In the beginning, his powers will focus on powering the industrialization of Isengard and hiding it from his enemies. Later on, he will reveal himself fully as a traitor and enemy to the Free Peoples and unleash devastating magic upon his foes. He can also stand atop the Orthanc to increase his power.
