Awesome Grey Mountains Dwarves :)
And the spear - it looks like the spears wielded by the Erebor Dwarves in AUJ? :)

Yup those exactly the same Spears and plus it represnt really well the connection between them and Erebor and even Iron Hills since after all they all are Durin's Folk(The Lonbeards Dwarven Clan) :)

Yep, I know that about Durin's Folk, they all lived in the Grey Mountains until they separated - one part moved to Erebor, the other to the Iron Hills :)
Also, I'm glad that the Team still finds ways to surprise us by adding little but cool elements from the Hobbit movies, like the spear ;)

Description

We decided on purple as the colouring scheme for the dwarfs of Ered Mithrin, so that it's a clearly different colour hue in comparison to the other dwarf realms thus providing a clear distinction, moreover it can easily be associated with the overall red hue of the Iron Hills designs.
The pikes of the Hunters and the morning star of the Dragonslayers allowed us to use more design patterns from the Hobbit-movies. However, the basic design of the armour elements is oriented towards our former Veterans-design from prior versions.
