The Dwarves of Erebor have been reworked as well to blend two dwarven eras into one look. The armor style from the Hobbit movie flashback, was combined and altered to give a sense of evolution. Their signature color is brown as introduced in previous Edain versions. Their gameplay has been redesigned as well: Where previously Erebor was focused on siege, their strength now lies in their attack power.

Awesome!And interesting crossover between the WETA Spear and Mattock and it looks quite unique! :-) And I enjoy the small Shileds but I can't help but think that Erebor Spearmans need Normal Shield while Ered Luin can keep the Small Ones! :-)

I misread it too at first, but I guess it's supposed to mean that erebor is especially good at fighting against heavy armour. Which is fitting, I suppose, because their most direct evil neighbour is Rhun that does indeed lead a good batch of armoured soldiers into battle.
