The upcoming fixpatch 4.4.1 will include a new melee subclass for the ,,Hero of the West": the Elven Lord.
Create your own Galadhrim, Mirkwood-Soldier, Palaceguard, Elven Lord, Veteran of the last alliance or Imladris-Soldier. The choice is up to you!
Will the hero have toggle weapon?
No. Its a subclass of the ,,Hero of the West" - means sword and shield weapon. If you want an elven custom hero with weapon toggle, you can already choose the ,,Guardian of the Woods".
We cant create another own class, there isn't space for this, so we have to create subclasses - like the ELven Lord.
what about their skills? will they have different skills or same as hero of the west?
They are only a subclass, therefore they have the same skills. Only different classes can have different skills.
Excuse me , but I was playing with two brutals and one hard on my team , and i couldn't win , the AI cheats in every game , and I want it to be fair , cause they spam units constantly and I would like them to have a nerf or something , also , could you change the icon and quotes of the ranger , it's pretty weird he speaks in german and the icon of prince brand doesn't fit in my opinion . With this it makes me wonder....will it ever be possible for new Orc custom heroes? Better equipment maybe something akin to Shadow of Mordor captains.

The mistake is that Imladris can't be selected custom heroes. Are you going to correct this error?
I think that is what the elven lord is for. But there is a trick you can try that will allow you to use any custom hero for any faction. What you do is you select the hero you want, this is for if it is grayed out, and then you press the key of the first letter of the characters name on your keyboard. I used a Troll with Lothlorien.

Just read the pop up window, which appears when you try to select a hero. There is stated everything that is needed to select a CaH with Rivendell or Rohan.

Just select the hero you want and press the first letter of your selected heroes name.

Ok, since you going to make a subclass for "hero of the west" class why not add more subclass for other classes?
-Give a female subclass for servant of darkness, with different attribute properties then the 2 other subclasses.
-The 2 old subclasses for "warriors of the south and east" class, haradrim and easterling should come back, but don't touch the woman subclass, it's a nice addition.
-A goblin subclass would be nice addition for the "servant of sauron" class, with again different attribute properties then the orc and uruk subclasses.
-Finally, give the "guardian of the mountains" class a 3rd subclass, dare I say a female dwarf, or is that way overboard...?
-With all these suggestions all classses have 3 subclasses, complete in other words :)
How do you imagine a female dwarf? It's not Dragon Age. They have beards here... but they do prefer anvils and each other to male dwarves. As do males.
I agree though that we need more female CaHs :3
Yeah I know they have beards...but that does not mean they should not be included.

My favorite color is also black (assuming that your favorite color is black) , but you can change the color with the color pallet below , that's what i did with the ranger
It would be nice to be able to make a Dunlending and a Man of Dale/Rhovanion to bolster the Isengard/Dwarven heros list.
I'd also like a Snowmen of Forochel hero but I guess that's just me XD
I was excited about the dark captains to have at least a lightning ability as depicted in lots of other LoTR games in dark servants :.(
Also I dont like the german ranger voiceover in my english game :/
