ECLIPSE is a fast paced First Person Shooter with Multi-player and Single Player modes. Anarchy reigns throughout the universe and you are a laboratory bred human with super DNA who is the commander of a future elite fighting force known as "ECLIPSE." ECLIPSE was assembled by an alliance of alien worlds. You and your team are separated, trapped and captured after a large battle on a distant world. Your team was taken to different parts of the universe for detainment, then execution. Escape and fight through many worlds and battles to assemble your team again. Then battle your way back to glory.
ECLIPSE is a real-time action strategy game for the PC that allows the player to navigate through many worlds. Set in 2996 between the UWA "United Worlds Alliance" formed by the leaders of advanced alien races after several attack attempts by a greed and war driven group of worlds. ECLIPSE provides a new angle on the shooter strategy while bringing new heroes to the battle.
ECLIPSE gives the player multiple choices that lead to different worlds, maps, and alternative end-game outcomes. As in life, the decisions we make change the course of our final destination.

Though there are several options out there right now for a rendering engine, the team has now officially decided on using CryEngine 2. All updates, websites, etc. will be updated to reflect this in the upcoming week. Feel free to give us your feedback on this upcoming mod for CryEngine 2.

Incredible work guys... I'm already digging the design and thematic of this mod. Decisions that affect the final outcome is something I much appreciate, so will this be all depending on the choices the hero makes ? Or will there be multiple choices dialog options shifting the game a few inches into the RPG "Genre" ?
Are you going for a linear/plot-driven game approach ? Speaking of the many worlds to fight through ; Will roaming be possible ? Like exploring worlds, going back and forth...if the player wants to.
Ok, one last stupid(maybe) question : the logo of your mod looks exactly like the scion artefacts from Tomb Raider and Anniversary... is there a real myth surrounding it ? What does it stand for in your story ?

Final thought: it may be just me but, I like the music tracks... great work with creating a unique ambience...and overall theme for the mod.
to be honest , this mod looks outstanding , but the music is totally HORRIBLE , it is decently produced , technically it sounds perfect , but it doesnt fit a sci fi mod AT ALL . Music makes 50 % or MORE of a game / movie , at least the atmosphere , wich is the aspect that most gamers look after , i'm not trying to make you get another composer and get me instead or anything like that , but im just trying to help you make this mod a sucess since i'm looking forward to it .

CRYSIS ENGINE!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!.....ITS gonna look sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!!!......I can't tell ya'll how much I wanna help, but I can't do anything like modelling and stuff......I'm learning but still not good......If you guys need help in any other (if u can find any other way:P) then I'll gladly help out.......maybe advertising....LOL :D

I bought Crysis beat it on Hard that day and played 3 games in MP and havent played it since so if you do include a single-player , make it good and a bit longer than vanilla and better MP.
