Eclipse of Existence is a modification for the PC game Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War that introduces the Necrons as a playable race. This will include a variety of artwork you know from the tabletop, and most of the units such as the warrior, wraith, and lord. Original concepts and designs are also under way, extrapolating from existing art pieces to give Necrons their unique looking tech tree. Custom visual FX and audio are also being created for the mod. With respect to gameplay and features, the famous (or infamous) "We'll be Back" rule will be part of the race, as well as other abilities unique to Necrons. NOTE: Eclipse of Existence will require the official Winter Assault expansion pack to function. For more details visit

the chances of this mod ever finishing (at least before the expansion pak) is very slim :(
