This mod does not comprise any general idea or the concept. Also it is not attempt something to restore, create, or to prove. This mod – simply eclecticism – a dump of the various ideas combined in the general heap, and their realisations by me. In the first place I have much ideas, but for some reasons I have cleaned half of this, some were simply crazy, some absolutely were not entered in a gameplay, and for some is simple nothing suitable models (if anybody of modellers is interested to cooperation, please PM me) so the list of changes turns out rather poor. Besides, during the first cleaning I also wished to create "CnC which I would like to play myself", therefore tried to make game playabla and as much as possible balanced. If you wish to see remote ideas, it is not necessary to be upset in this occasion, you some of them can meet in crates, and I will add some in the subsequent versions as soon as I will find an optimum place of their appendix. That at me it has turned out to judge as a result to you.
So, the list of changes:
The general
- Buildability radius around power stations and barracks
- Increase prodused power of power stations
- Tib Silos give money
- Nod and GDI can construct walls
- MCV, Outposts and Emissary/Surveyor/Explorer health of all factions is coequal
- Superweapon's health is increased
GDI
- With the Barracks are giving 2 Watchtowers (you dont make lot of money if sold this)
- Guard Cannon has upgrade to railgun
- Increased the lenght of Sonic Emitter's wave, increase damage too
- APC has 3 garrison slots
- Increase speed of Rig, increase health, deployed health increased more, the numbers of drones are 5, can repair aircraft
- Commando can made serially, Prime Commando is equipped with railgun against vehicles
- Engineer after upgrade has repair drone, has armor upgrade
- FireHawk can loading with 3 bombs and 8 anti-aircraft rockets, damage is increased
- Orca's number of rockets is doubled, added minigun, can attack air targets
- Harvester has railgun upgrade
- Juggernaut's damage is tripled, added area effect when bombarding spottet targets
- Mammoth Tank is "doubled": armor is doubled, power of cannons and railguns is doubled, number of rockets (damage is not changed) is doubled, added garrison slot
- Added new unit – Sonic Truck (model is taken from game bowels)
- Added Player Power - Heavy Bombing
Nod
- Shredder turrets is spawned 4, laser turret is spawned 5, radius is increased, rocket turrets is spawned 6, radius is also increased
- Disruption Tower is invisible when she stand in the radius of action of other same tower
- Cost of Bike is reduced, speed is increased, number of rockets is doubled, after confessor can throw hallucinogenic grenades
- Of Beam Cannon and flamethrowers Avatar is upgrade himself, after Beam Cannon upgrade adding rockets (in the first rockets are adding after Bike upgrade)
- Beam Cannon attack radius is increased, damage if connected of other beams is increased
- Commando can damage vehicles by her laser pistol
- Fanatics damage is increased
- Flame Tank damage is increased, damage radius is increased too, armor is increased, added garrison slot, make damage after dying
- Harvester has garrison slot, health is increased to GDI and Scrin Harvesters
- Saboteur has 2 repair drones after upgrade
- Stealth tank armor is increased, number of rockets is increased, cost is reduced
- Venom and Buggy after Laser Capacitor upgrade has anti-aircraft rocket
- Vertigo's bomb damage is increased, armor is improved
- Added new unit – Infantry Carrier (just flying bunker, but at first have bombs and rockets, using model of Carryall)
- New Player Power – Steroid Injection, increase by certain time all parametres of units
Scrin
- Annihilator Tripod can absorb tiberium and shoot the green laser as a Devourer Tank, armor is improved, attack radius is increased
- Buzzer Hive spawn more Buzzers
- Corrupter has repair drones after upgrade, armor is improved
- Devastator Warship initially shoots on a short distance, and after upgrade shooting at long range
- Devourer Tank attack radiusincrease,damage of the green laser is increased
- With the Gateway is giving 3 Photon Cannons (you dont make lot of money if sold this)
- Harvester speed is increased
- Lightning Spike damage is increased
- Mastermind has 2 new abilities - self teleporting and ion storm
- All photon weapons have upgrade to improvement
- Planetary Assault Carrier armor is improved, cost is increased
- Growth Accelerator is more expensive, more energy demand, and more growth rate promotes
- Mothership price is doubled
- Added new unit – Lightning Warship
- New Player Power – Mind Control Spike
Other
- Tiberium Spike gives 1000 roubles at capture, and 45 every second
- Around EMP Centre and Mutants Hovel can construct the buildings
- Mutant Squad damage is increased, health is increased
- Visceroid has shroud clearing radius and command to attack
- Blue tiberium is explosive

Nice Mod. I really like the fog of war change and the mind control spike is awesome! Glad to see an APC that carry more than one unit as well!
Would be nice to see; GDI vehicles have an upgrade that gives them repair drones, allow bunkers to hold more units, AA turrets coming with airfields, Nod buildings deploy mines around them as an upgrade, make the mothership a mobile repair platform and give it tripod lasers and ion storm instead of uber-weapon. Just some ideas.
I'm not sure about the Scrin tanks being able to go anywhere though, it defeats the purpose of having maps with interesting layouts. The music when you encounter enemies, is too loud and goes on too long as well.
