Yes, but make sure you put the XML in the Forces of Corruption folder and not the Empire at War folder. Please read the ReadMe for the accurate installation steps to be taken.
Would I be able to have 0.07 in the Empire at War folder, or would that count as having two mods at once? Because I have the Gold Pack.
When you launch the Gold Pack, it asks you whether you want to play EaW or FoC. The two are completely independent from each other in terms of the files that you download with this mod. This means that you can have both EaW and FoC with the Realistic Mod and they won't interfere with each other. Just make sure you use the base EaW version of the mod with Empire at War and not this one. The Corruption edition is for Forces of Corruption.

If I dray and drop the XML folder to "Mods" and use FoC Mod-Launcher will it work?
I've never used the FoC Mod Launcher so I really can't tell you if it will work or not.

Put the XML in that folder.

Well I have the CD retail version so I could only approximate the file path but that does sound about right to me.
Instructions for use with mod launcher.
1: Create folder for realism mod.
2: Copy data folder from FoC directory to folder you created.
3: Cut the xml and put it in the data folder.
4: Overwrite duplicate files.
5: Start mod launcher and you can play the mod without needing to backup the OG game files.
