ESF is a fast paced, 3rd person fighter based on the hit anime, Dragonball Z. Select your favorite character and fly, power up, transform, melee, and beam your enemies into pulp. Each character is given signature moves and abilities to compliment different style of play. Some are stronger in hand to hand combat, others are better with energy attacks. Play in three different game modes, deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the dragonballs. There is a learning curve so newbies beware. This is not your normal Half-life mod.

After playing a few of the other DBZ mods nothing compairs to the Graphics or the Gameplay of ESF. Since this version is so good I cannot wait for the next one!
Every time i try to download this mod, it times out. I have tried all the mirrors and it is really bugging me. Please let me know what is happening becuase this mod looks awesome and i wanna play it.

i have his mod and it looks pretty sweet, but every time i try to join or make a game it reads a eror that says "could not load library" can any one tell me how to fix this please....

yeah, like I said, it's like Digimon vs. Pokemon. One's newer and always is updated, the other isn't battling it's competition.
You're dead right, they are nothing alike they have completely different gameplay like in esf you select your attack where as in dmz you have to do a combo which actually can sometime require good timing. And Esf is going to have custom characters in futher releases such as Lord Zero that aren't from dbz where as Dmz is using only dbz characters and nothing else.But myself I will always prefer ESF that's my opinion.
Comparing ESF to DMZ is like comparing Shoes and Hats
2 totally different things that you cant compare to each other and if you do compare them your fking dumb
i'm not really speaking of the 'mon situation, i was just saying both projects are competing eachother like Digimon against Pokemon.
Hey, no Digimon bashing :P It's genera;;y speaking different than pokemon and such (though Tamers isn't as up to par with Digimon Adventure.) The worst thing the show has going for it is the cowardice of TV ppl to actually give a decent translation :P For the love of god why don't they release DVDs :P Saa, oh well, I'll just wait for frontier like everyone else. Speaking of which, I wonder what ep the subs are up to (I know one of thwe guys who's been doing some of the subbing and his subs rock :) )
