ESF is a fast paced, 3rd person fighter based on the hit anime, Dragonball Z. Select your favorite character and fly, power up, transform, melee, and beam your enemies into pulp. Each character is given signature moves and abilities to compliment different style of play. Some are stronger in hand to hand combat, others are better with energy attacks. Play in three different game modes, deathmatch, team deathmatch, and capture the dragonballs. There is a learning curve so newbies beware. This is not your normal Half-life mod.

Over the past 6 months Dalte has been working hard on adding various FX systems to ESF. Originally the goal of the video was to show all of the subtle camera shakes that give ESF some extra flavor. The problem is that most camera moves are attached to attacks and other new features so the video gradually grew into a general teaser for ESF: Final. Enjoy!
There is a lot of new content in the video. Here's a brief list of highlights to look for:
- Camera shakes (beam charges, turbo swoop, blocking, etc.)
- Speed lines & dust trail (0:37)
- Teleport lines (0:56)
- Beam explosion FX (0:35)
- Character leaning into turns (1:01)

NNK went the cartoony graphics way where we have a semi realistic GFX way.

Wow...I dunno what you guys have done to the half-life engine but dear god it looks good.
And the gameplay itself looks better and freaking better.
