The Half-Life 2 mod Dystopia comes to mind when I think of cyberpunk mods. Let's play it! Get it off their official website (http://www.dystopia-game.com/) or Steam. We play at 1PM, Pacific Standard Time on Saturday, June the 4th.
What is Dystopia? It'a a class and team based cyberpunk first person shooter featuring a war between the Punk Mercenaries and Corporate Security Forces. Gameplay features cyberspace combat and player augmentations.

Superb total conversion mod. You can chose between one of 3 armors, from light to heavy, which influences your speed and obviously armor as well as which weapons you can equip and which or how many implants. Weapons and implants allow you to load your character with just what you want to play. why dose it keep saying engine fail everytime i try to play
So I wont be able to play this anymore, because I have only HL2:ep1 and I dont have orange box :(
You don't need the actual Orange Box, what you need is the Source SDK Base - Orange Box, cheak under Tools to see if you have it (I don't have orange box aswell but I do have the Orange Box - SDK Base and I do play on Orange Box engine mods).

Very nice game but the learning curve is very big (took me awhile to figure out some of things such as hacking)
This mod is hard to get into, but its worth every frustrating moment of learning. Dystopia pleases every needs of a hardcore gamer.

They aren't selling anything, if someone wishes to make a one off donation to support the mod's server costs they can do and in return they get to have a sneak peak at the latest version of the game.
There isn't anything wrong with giving something back to those who supported the mod is there?
